Yes! Retrofit is designed to help sellers of all sizes, whether you're just starting out or managing hundreds of listings. Our automation tools will save you time and effort, no matter your volume.

If you listing didn't sync after a couple of minutes, the issue may be that you have information missing in your listing. If updating the listing doesn't work, then email us at sandra@tryretrofit.com (sandra@tryretrofit.com)and we will make sure to fix it for you.

Great photos make a big difference in selling your products! We recommend using natural lighting whenever possible and using our background removal feature or having a plain background of your own. Make sure your camera lens is clean, and take photos from multiple angles to give buyers a clear view of the item. Attach photos of the label with information as well. Avoid filters or heavy editing to keep the colors accurate.

Sometimes our AI will make mistakes. This usually happens when the lighting in the photo is not great or if the label was not included. The great thing about AI is that it can learn from its own mistakes. So please let us know if you are receiving an inaccurate output by emailing sandra@tryretrofit.com

We currently integrate with Poshmark and Shopify. You can also use the copy and paste functionality from our app to add your listings to any platform. We will soon be releasing full Depop and Ebay integrations, so stay tuned!
